After trying many recipes from the internet with very few successes I decided to try PrepaPizza. After going thru the process, and I had a few bumps, this dough was a home run. First, their customer service is THE BEST. Michael provided insight and assurance for me to be successful. We made the pizza and Wow. It really is very good. Easy to roll out and shape, cooked great, and we enjoyed our pizza.
One note is make it the day before. Don’t be in a hurry. I learned the dough rises when it feels like it, not on a schedule. So don’t be in a hurry.
We are customers for life. I still have for doughballs in freezer!! Thanks Michael!

delicious and as tasty as i could hope for. pizza steel is definitely the way to go!

Flavor is great. Need to work on my technique as it came out very hard to bite through. It was elastic like. I messed up somewhere. I contacted the help line and we are working through where I messed up. Maybe i over proofed or over kneeded. Not sure. Help line is great. It was on me Im sure. But again the flavor was awesome! The dough was the easiest i have ever worked with as well.
