I’ve tried everything. YouTube, classes, recipes I couldn’t ever get the taste I was going for consistently. I finally got the pizza I’ve been going for. After trying many recipes from the internet with very few successes I decided to try PrepaPizza. After going thru the process, and I had a few bumps, this dough was a home run. First, their customer service is THE BEST. Michael provided insight and assurance for me to be successful. We made the pizza and Wow. It really is very good. Easy to roll out and shape, cooked great, and we enjoyed our pizza.
One note is make it the day before. Don’t be in a hurry. I learned the dough rises when it feels like it, not on a schedule. So don’t be in a hurry.
